                        DESCRIPTION:September 13-30, 2021

Two live sessions.

18:00- 20:30 EAT

Advocating for Ecosystem and Water, Sanitation and Hygiene (WASH) training is set to starting on 13th September 2021, targeting professionals from Africa.

This course will increase the impact of individuals working on the WASH/ecosystems nexus by adding advocacy to their programmatic work or strengthen existing advocacy work.

The course builds on the previous work done by ABCG, Conservation International and IRC, and combined facilitated virtual instructions with self-guided activities, group discussions and feedback sessions.

Advocacy is a critical step in enabling integrated freshwater conservation and WASH management and must be closely tied to ongoing stakeholder engagement and field implementation of freshwater management strategies.
