The White Water to Blue Water Initiative that was announced by the U.S. Government at the World Summit on Sustainable Development. The Initiative is assembling a coalition of governments, NGOs, academics and private sector partnerships to build capacity both regionally and nationally for an integrated watershed approach from the mountain ridges to the ocean reefs.
